Michael Hülsmann - Germany


Andreas was born in Germany and graduated in 1990 his dental studies at ACTA (Academic Centre for Dentistry Amsterdam, the Netherlands).
From his graduation on until 1999 he worked part-time in a general dental practice and as lecturer at ACTA. He followed the postgraduate training Endodontology at ACTA (1999 – 2002, course-director: Prof. Dr. P.R. Wesselink). Since then he works in a private practice limited to Endodontics and as a senior staff member at the department of Endodontology at ACTA mainly for under- and postgraduate programs in Endodontology. His primary interests are Dental Traumatology and its application in aesthetic dentistry (orthodontic and restorative modalities), diagnostics and treatment of (severe) endodontic problems and treatment of endodontic failures.
He has written several articles in Dutch and English papers and is co-author of the book: Endodontologie (Red. Thoden van Velzen & Wesselink), 2010.
